To speed up the boot of an Integrity system, the boottest command can be used at the EFI shell to turn off certain tests. The two main tests to skip are the late_cpu and mem_test tests. To turn these tests off for future boots follow these steps:

  • Boot into EFI shell
  • Type boottest to see the list of available tests
